Default Livescope Purchase - Need Your Help

I’m thinking about pulling the trigger and purchasing a complete Livescope system. I would like those of you that have one to tell me what units you are running and what you like and/or dislike about your current setup. It’s a lot of money to invest and I want to make sure I get what works best.

Thanks for your help as always,
    Richard

Echomap series. But whatever series you go with get the BIGGEST! screen you can afford.
I say echomap because the unit snaps in and out of its cradle so you can take out of the boat after every trip without having to unplug anything. Also. I use two cradles. One on the bow and one on the console. I can snap the unit out of the console and right into the bow in literally 30 seconds. Also. I use a network port Expander to network the two cradles together so i only have to use the one unit instead of two. I use my livescope from the helm and the bow. The port Expander runs about $200.00 and is MUCH cheaper than going with 2 head units.
I run a single 12" echomap 126sv ultra between bow and helm.

I have the Garmin Echomap Ultra 122sv, I love it so far. And to save you some confusion, you will want to get the LVS32 transducer and black box. The LVS12 transducer is plug and play into the compatible units without the box. The quality of the sonar returns of the LVS32 are much, much better from my understanding.

Fact! LVS32 is the one you want.

Do you remember what the extra cradle cost?
I am in the process of buying but have two boats and was wanting to set up to were I could utilize it between both boats. I initially was going with a 1242xsv and was going to "pre-rig" each boat with wiring to plug and play so to speak UNTIL I opened this post and seen the Echomap Ultra snapped into a cradle! My LS will be mounted on a seperate pole and not the TM. It will be solely for LS but went with the nicer graph for the added features for just a few more dollars.

Have similiar situation with using my electronics on water craft. I purchased ram mounts, 2.25, and arms. The ball that the arm mounts fit STAY on each respective boat. You remove the DF mount (which is fastened to the ram mount) and put it (the arm and ram mount, which includes your DF) onto another ball on your other boat. I got my ram balls for $25 a piece...easy way to move DF and solid mounts.
Sacred Heart of Mary, pray for us now, and at the hour of our death. AMEN
For those who believe, no explanation is necessary....for those who don't, no explanation is possible
For the sake of his sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and the whole world

It's about $60 plus you will need to purchase a power cord. They do not come with the cradle.

Call the guys at the bass tank. They have those cradles in stock. Don't forget the power cable.
