That's why I don't own anymore b&M poles I have broken them about 3 eyes down from the tip pulling in fish (EVERYTIME)
One word for you OUTLAW poles.... They seem to be build for the job I use them for.:D :D :D

check out Ugly Sticks new rods, Quantum's Todd huckabee rod ( my fav right now..meat dragger 10' one), and i saw a Pleuger 10' one that was amazingly light and good backbone.
