Yeah, that just breaks your heart dont it. None of my 5 girls fish anymore. Their all growed up now and living their own lives. Oldest is 34, youngest is 20. Enjoy the time you get to fish with the kids cause it just never seems to last long. Why do kids have to grow up.....

That's great man! I have three daughters. I took my older two with me Sat. for a bit. We only caught one fish but had a great time anyway. my 4 yr old asked me if she could "practice" casting her spinning rod when we got home. She's too old to use the princess zebco she's got! WTG and keep that young un fishing.

A natural! You take her as much as possible, believe me when they get older they go less . My daughter still goes with me some when she is home from school and I cherish every minute of it! :p

Thanks for all the comments. I do cherish the moments. She is not afraid of the fish at all. If I could only get her to stop playing in the minnows....

Oh well, if that my biggest problem, I think I am ok. One good thing about it is when you tell her you need a minnow, she is right there with it.
