How much you want for those 8 southern crappie rods?

I have 12 and 14's and have just used them about 10 times. The 14's do get you a little further from the bank, but I agree that they aren't quite as easy dealing with them on the deck in a 17 foot boat that actually has about 15 for of deck length. The tip saver racks are pretty affordable and are a must IMO.

I have had 12's and do have 14's and 16's. The 14's are a nice compromise between the 12's and 16's. You probably won't see a big difference between the 12 and 14's but you will see a big difference between the 12's and the 16's when fishing shallow water. My 14's are my go to rods and my 16's have a specific purpose. You won't have any problem selling 14 foot Southerns on here but you probably would be one of the first. Good luck with what you decide.
