    As far as the comment on causing problems in ponds, I think you are confusing the warmouth with green sunfish. Green sunfish breed like crazy and will cause issues. Never heard of warmouth doing that.

    I have read that Warmouths are a nuisance fish for ponds, but do not really know. Warmouths seem to be few and far between in my area.
