Default Got blown off the lake today

but was able to test Slab Bandit jigs solo vs BGBS tipped w/minnows. I was pleasantly surprised; the Slab Bandits held their own. The crappie hit them hard- 50/50.

Slab Bandit - tadpole shaped body
BGBS - stinger shad shaped body

Technique - according to his description of pitting one against the other & one tipped with a minnow, I'd guess he was "pushing" or Spider Rigging.

    (How'd I do on guessing, dwaw ?? )

Up here we have had phenomenal luck during the windiest days on the water, drifting jigs. Seems like the faster we drift, the more bites we get. And that goes for bluegill, yellow perch and bass! Sometimes our jigs are almost water skiing! But it works.

Man, you're good CP! I'd only add that the Slab Bandits are impregnated with garlic or something.
