    I agree with going with a 3 bank. They use to tell you to terminate spare leads (double up on 1 battery). If you didn't the charger would always be in alarm because it didn't see a battery at the end of the taped up leads. I don't know if that is still true or not as I haven't kept up with it.

    Dual Pro would be my first choice. I have had them in three boats and also installed them in equipment that belongs to our racing club. Positive experiences all the way. Sales staff is very helpful and like a previous poster mentioned " Made in the USA ". Sometimes they have factory refurbished units with warranty at reduced prices.
