If we're only talking about the boat, i have a 997 on the console and an 1197 on the bow. Since i spend almost all my time up front, i put the big one up there. I also icefish and have a couple finders for that too. For deep water, i use a lowrance M68C with built in GPS and for shallow weedy waters, a Vexilar FL-22HD. Enjoy my lowrance so much, i have a new model on backorder. Gonna sell the vex.

I have a lowrance HDS7 at the console and a Hummingbird 788 on the bow but I want to get another HDS unit for the front and network them together.

Dang you made me not sure about the number of my front unit, but I think it's a Lowrance LCX 125c up front and a Humminbird 1198 at the console. Have thought about getting a new unit up front that has DI, but I like the one a good bit as is. I just Whish it also had DI. If I was to change it, I though that it would be with another Lowrance, but now not sure it wouldn't make more sense to have another Bird so it could be on the same network.

    Am I the only one?

Lowrance HDS Gen2 7 Touch at the console and Garmin 50s at the bow. Like the Lowrance but love my Garmin..2D & GPS
