Costa del mar glasses are well worth the price. They come with a decent warranty and they are top of the line FISHING glasses.

I have had a pair of polarized bolle's for about 12 yrs and this winter some kids I took fishing stepped on them in my car. I fixed them but they were showing some wear and tear before they got stepped on so I'm looking for a good new set of shades as well. Costa, maui jims, and solar bats are all good in the pricier range from BPS. They have what I think is a new line called world wide sportsmans that look like they are made by Costa, and the price is good for premium shades.

I took a look at the stihl's and they are not polarized which pretty much makes them useless for fishing IMO.

Her is a pair of H2Optix by bolle. My bolle's lasted so long and I loved em. I would not hesitate to get another pair. These are on sale for 80 bucks at cabela's. Thats what I paid for mine 12 yrs ago.

Here's mine...You can't break them...All you can do is bend them...No hinges, etc...I've been VERY impressed and I've owned them all...I stopped wearing my Oakley's once I purchased these...

I had a pair of Maui Jims for 3 years and loved them until my dog decided to take them off the coffee table for a $140 snack . I wear Oakley's now but prefered the Jims !

I wear Oakley half frames which are smaller than the M's and like them a lot. I couldn't bring myself to pay $250 for another set of Maui's.

I haven't heard any of you mention these, but a marina I worked at carried Gargoyles. I remember they were pimped by Dale Earnhardt. I was given a pair and they were incredible, until they met my buddy's dog on a camping trip that summer. They were the best I ever had and if not for my harshness on glasses, I would probably buy some more. But, until I change my ways, I'll buy cheap $10 or less Wally worlds.

I get mine at welding supply stores. They have a great selection of safety glasses type. I figure if they protect welders they will be good enough for me.
