I keep mine in my back pocket,i only carry 100 dallor bills and cann' t hardly tell i have a wallet back there.
Here are a couple of options:
1) Get a thinner wallet. I use one called the “Big Skinny”. It’s not made of leather, so it’s very thin.

2) Leave your wallet in the truck and just take the bare essentials in the boat: fishing license, driver’s license, a credit card and maybe a few dollars in cash.
I throw it up on the console behind the windshield when I get in the boat.
I keep a dry box that is water tight and floats. It is not terribly large, but it will hold my wallet, cell phone and keys.
I also use this when I fish from my kayak. I believe the box is made by Pelican. Google it and see if your local Academy or Dicks has them.
I know that Bass Pro and Cabella's has them.
Many years ago an orthopedic doc told me to either carry no wallet in my back pocket, or a very thin one; on the theory that a thick wallet throws off the balance of your spine when you sit. So, I carry a very thin wallet. it's basically just a business card case, holds 5 or 6 plastic cards (driver's license, cc, etc). Cash goes in my front pocket where it's more convenient anyway. Keys go in the tackle box along with the cell phone.
