Good looking dog. My old yellow lab loves the boat but I always had to keep an eye on him because he wanted to go swimming while I was fishing. I've had to pull him back into the boat over the gunwale many times.

That's a good addition to the family. Hope he does well in the boat. I found a pup 2 1/2 yrs ago that someone had abandoned and she has turned into a beautiful friend. When I'm gone to work she makes sure the Wife is protected. Charlie looks like just a big Lab to me. This is Emma and the Wife in their normal relaxed way. Emma likes to be close to Mom. She doesn't do well with loud noise so I'm not sure if she wouldn't exit the boat when I hit the throttle.

Thanks for all the wonderful comments. Charlie is already firmly in our hearts as well as our furniture and there's just no way we could have left him at the farm. It took almost a month to make friends with him and he's a completely different dog than the one we first encountered. He's already protective of the little dogs and his new house and yard, but gentle as can be. We think he's somewhere around 4 - 5 years old and 100+ pounds. We're definitely gonna need a bigger couch - there's hardly any room for people with all three dogs up there!

Thats great. My lab loves the boat and loves the water. I will let him jump off on the way in a swim back ot the ramp. He enjoys it andits good for him.
