war, check around any old country antique junk shops for an old cast iron single or double drain sink. or check with an older plumber that may have some laying around. with a single drain you'll have an area for cleaning and the sink and they are easy to clean and you can plumb them the way you want. all you have to do is build a rack to set it on.
Here is the one that I purchased from Cabella's. Works well.....price was right too! I eventually plumbed it right into my sink that it sits by. Works great!Thumbs Up
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.
What is the matter with using the kitchen sink and counter top? Works for me.
The mess gets old. I typically do that, but having an outdoor cleaning station so you don't have to worry about every little scale, etc. is a good thing. At times I clean outside with a cutting board on an ice chest just to not have to deal with the indoor mess. The wife doesn't mind, but man she can find every blood spatter and scale I miss.
I like the look of that one from Cabela's with the long chamber to hold fish. Good design. I wonder if the legs are adjustable. WalMart sells a plastic topped table like that, without the channel, and it has adjustable legs for ~$30.
Legs are not adjustable. What I did is I took 1 1/2 PVC pipe and set the table inside the pipe. Just cut it to the height I preferred. Works great!

bdorman - I wonder about the price of the maintenance and upkeep on the one you have.
There was a thread about a year ago that had 2 good ideas for making a homemade filet station. I made both of them just to see watch one I like better. I like them both. LOL
First one was use a old or new ironing board and bolt down with SS bolt and nut 2 big plastic cutting boards. Very mobile, sturdy and easy clean up. I toss it in the big of the truck and take with you. It's home now is at our cabin.
Second was buy a rolling SS cart at Sam's Club, they are called chef's or utillity carts and mount a big plastic cutting board on top with SS bots and nut. I keep this one at home because I roll it out of the garage when need and serves as mobile work bench.
Do a search on here and you will see the pics. I don't take credit for this but I sure like them!!
