    You old rig was nothing to sneeze at by any stretch of the imagination, but this one is just a show stopper. I'm happy for you. You have done well and I know that you will enjoy that boat as it was meant to be enjoyed.

    I don't see how you could resist putting her in the water if the water is soft. What is the fiberglass cover underneath the winch used for?

    I think it is nothing esle but for looks. That is where the breaking system for the trailer is kept. There is a cap you take off and you can pull some pins and actually take the front part of the trailer off, much like those trailers with the removeable tongue.

    Thanks everyone for the nice words. As I said, I don't know what to think now having the boat I always wanted. I have an order in with callshy for the hitek rodholders.

    Anyone else have gpsmnaps (garmin) on their boat in the south? My navionics chip won't fit into this gps, and wondered what you used. I think I have to order the hotmaps chip.

    That's so pretty you won't need them poles, the Crappie will jump in just to ride in it!!!!
