You'll probably say WHAT??? But the tail is sideways, I put the flat side of the body up on the jig making the rounded side down. Kind of a different style of plastic grub but it sure works great! I'm very happy to see Bobby Garland making more colors and I do consider the Stroll'r to be my go to big crappie bait. Try some you'll be surprised how well they work!

I love em!! Troll them just fast enough to get the tail thumping. That is usually .6-.8 mph on my GPS. I bought all the ones I have from Monk. I don't have to tell ya he is top notch when it comes to fast shipping and customer service.

    .

How is it fished? Does it thread on to a standard jig head? It looks to be larger than a normal jig.

I long line and spider rig them. They work either way for myself.

Any way you rig them works so long as their moving to keep the tail action going, we had the folks @ Garland explained the development phase of the bait at our spring get-together and underwater tests with diving gear were employed by bait designer George Tolson. He loves crappie fishing and has a real passion for these baits.
