    Default Saline/Larto


    Fished this Sat. From Saline bayou all the way to Larto Lake. Not much luck. Caught a handful of fish. Still not in the shallows yet. But it hopefully won't be much longer. Cool weather the past week prob. did not help. Post a report if anyone fished this area this past weekend. Thanks

    Fished the buzzard roost Sat evening caught 26 nice fish suspended in deep water, had some friends do ok last hour before dark Sat fishing bank caught 12 fish in 18" water.

    I here Fool's Bayou is producing some nice fish on the banks and the middle of the channel.

    Hey Folks
    Fished this past weekend. Caught a few shallow. All males. But I did see some shor nuff big sows caught down around shad lake. I am still learning the area so. Glad yall catching some anyway. The tourney should be right on time.

    When you travel out of Larto lake into the bayou which leads to all the other lakes and bayous (sorry dont know the name) it will be the first bayou to the right. It dead ends. Hence "fools" bayou. :D
