nice again Bruce, Cajun, my dad used to skin the fish and cut off the head, then just filet one side and fry the rest on the bone.

Monday was not so great....worked hard to only get 4 keeper sacs and one bass....barometer was way up....water rising....maybe try again Saturday-Wednesday...

I think that high barometric pressure in the fall and winter really hurts the fisherman. Thoes days have the best conditions for us but are the worst for the bite.
