    I tried the new electric fryer this evening on some chicken fried steaks. That will work. Yes, it's outside, don't do frying in the house:

    I figured as such this time of year, that's why I suggested plan "B" for the big fish weigh-in at the pavilion we have reserved. Our big, beautiful lake get's very active this time of year.
