    Default Caddo help

I usually fish caddo and usually in Jeems. I catch fish from winter through the spawn but have never been able to consistently stay on them post spawn. Have not found anything on my few post spawn spots this year. Looking for any help on general areas to look. Made it yesterday for one last search shallow and it appears to be mostly stragglers left there and all males. Planning on running the side scan and trying to locate some maybe out on big lake or Hunting for some new piles in the Jeems channel. I often see boats stacked up around stumps B-40's in Jeems but saw almost none this year. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Caught 19 friday , all males.
Cant stay on them either but I can share a few tips and facts that you probably already know...

Fact: If you do more than 20 a day you do better than me.
Fact: water temp was 75 april 1st and since then. 70 the week before that and 62 the week before that.
    Tip: I like stained water
Tip: Dont buy no little shiners
Fact: Caught 3 females with eggs so far this year, I been everyweekend, and they were small and tasty.
Tip: 4 fow better that 2 fow.
Tip: Them great big trees gots lots of knees
Fact: there are only 72 million fish per acre.
Tip: Your gonna need some salt after reading this.
Ya can't no more do what ya don't know than ya can come back from where ya ain't been!

Thanks for the tips. I saw same water temps but missed the first week of April when I figured the biggest wave was up. I went last weekend of march with kids and couldn't get any fish for them on shiners. Caught 4 pretty quick halfway fishing with jigs before they burned out so knew they were there. Looks like it might be smart to put some time in with side vision to locate some in the channels the next the I go. Friend who lives on the lake and practically taught me how to jig always mentions onion island flats maybe that's where I'll start searching.

I'm not much help for strategies after the spawn, but thanks for starting this conversation. I usually fish the Texas side of Caddo around Old Folks, Big Green, and Perch Gap. I went twice last weekend and found some males still on trees in 4-5 ft of water. Caught all fish on a white hair jig.
