Default Henderson....7/1/16.....Two Ways To Look At It........

In the sink or in the box (that's two)......daylight to 12:30.....went thru 90 shiners.....must have caught at least 50 fish......gave about 15 to my friend who was out there with his grandson...he went thru 150 shiners....I kept these 22....also tried out a new jig recommended by CDC member "sacalaithunter" (Glen Davis) that he was having luck with in Lake Verrett......I was impressed with it.....had to use my umbrella today.....sure did help....missed you PPG.....same place as Tuesday.....

Good job Bruce, wish I could have been there to help you out. One day I'll finish the kitchen project. All woodwork finished and most of the painting but still have some trim to paint and put up. Should finish sometime next week. Then I might do it again with you. That last trip was too much fun not to try to do it again.

That blue ice is a great color. Works great in yucatan. Plain or pink head

I've looked at it both ways and decided you had a really good day. Nice going!

Nice...healthy looking fish! So, did the new bait work as good as the shiners? (Probably a dumb question) but curious

Nice catch Mr Bruce. Blue ice on a pink head was a good color at poverty point last winter.

I would say equal to shiners.....with the jig seems like I could trigger a bite quicker.....I use a spray on garlic scent also....I will definitely make it a regular but will not give up my shiners...
