Default Toledo Bend Fathers Day- Slabs, Family, and Friends

Headed to Toledo Bend on Thursday and fished until Sunday. Brought the wife , kid, and my friend along with his 2 kids and wife.Managed to keep 42 sacs and a lil mess of bream. Everyone got to catch some fish especially my son. He caught his first bass by himself and managed to reel in these
2 huge slabs by himself ... Pretty impressive for a 5 year old! Box
shot is of Saturday's catch. All fish were caught on shiners 15-18 feet deep in 20-26 FOW. Hope yall enjoy the pics! Tight lines fellas !

That's a great father and son picture for the family album! Nothing better than family time fishing or hunting! Keeps all out of trouble!

Thanks fellas , the quality of fish this year is amazing. We did not throw back 1 sac a lait that was caught and the majority of them were huge. That is a 48 QT ice chest... Just as a reference for size. Toledo Bend is an amazing place and every fisherman should experience it someday!
