    Default Toledo Bend bass


    I know this is the wrong type of fish, but I had a pretty special bass fishing trip with my dad this weekend. Caught a bass over 8 pounds (personal best). Was glad to release her after photo ops...caught several eaters too. What a beautiful corner of the world that place is..

    I don't see any specks on those fish but that's alright if you did it with your Dad. Very nice bass.

    DA,
    you know there was a couple fellas pulling in some sacalait just off screen to my right...there were in 15-20 ft of water probably...didn't see anybody picking em up on the bank...I tried a little jigging here and there to no avail...
