    Default D'Bone pt 4

    Oh boy....THE FOOD!

    PPG

May be the closest to a group shot that I took...we were about to start drawing for door prizes.

    Mark leading for us

And after the clean up, it was time to head off to bed. I think everyone had a full day. My BIL dozed off sitting up on the couch, and I remember babbling to my wife on the phone trying to tell her about the day, but I'm not sure it all made sense as my eyes were closed and I was struggling to remain awake. hahaha

Again, thanks to everyone. Thank you Slab for the special gifts you shared with us! They were very nice, and I'm taking a calendar to work. I may have a question about the cover.

Forgot to mention that we enjoyed having George and his son Michael who drove down from Ohio just for this event. I don't believe I have a picture of them, but hope you had a good time and have a safe trip home. Nice meeting you both!

USPS did okay. Knives and calendars were given out. Along with a thousand door prizes. Thanks to the guys for putting on a great camp and especially working so hard. A good time was had by all. Sorry, but we did not have a camera that would fit everyone. It was a bunch of big people. I mean a big bunch of people.

The only pic I saw of him was his back. He was wearing the MIA/POW shirt. Scott it was awesome to meet you. Met so many people and all were great. You guys put on a camp that certainly is what all C.c camps should strive to be. Doc, great job!!! Man the food was tremendous in flavor and amounts. Great thanks to the cooks. Also want to thank my road mate, Bruce. Bruce, you inspire me every time I'm lucky enough to be with you. Brandon, I hope you got some rest and Josh I really enjoyed meeting you and wish you the best. Thanks for bringing that special guy over saturday. And I got to meet Cajun Dave!!!
And I would like to say that I am the reason the guys caught fish. They went to the opposite end of the lake from me both days. LOL Had a wonderful time. Thanks "D"

Yes we did, we just waited to see which way he went and we went the opposite direction! We all know that the crappie are scared to death of the mighty D and will run from him so who ever wasn't close to him was bound to catch fish!
l Look mad in that last picture, I wasn't mad must have just been really tired! After all I won that 10 foot rod I have been after for the last 2 years! Thanks to all that donated to the event. I even got to meet Mr. Godwin from Duck Dynasty Saturday night, he wasn't there long but at least I got to tell him hi and speak a little crappie fishing with him.

Great pictures Gene and Scott and pawpaw gene, that fish picture looks mighty familar! lol
