    I hope a gator isn't a shellfish. I always wanted to try it. Lol

    Was watching Swamp Pawn and they made some gator ribs. (Said they had been throwing that part away.) Seemed every one like them. Wouldn't mind given one a try.

    You folks will tear up the gator I bring. Last year we fried up a few pounds of tenderized tail meat in a beer batter and folks tore it up, even those that were apprehensive in trying it.

    Updated list, I added in an approximate number next to the name so we may get some sort of headcount:

    Tracker (+1) - crawfish etouffee, alligator, bread pudding, fryer
    Deacon (+1) - eggplant for frying, something for Friday, fryer
    TonyKarter (+1) - smoked boudin
    Danny (+1) - 2 pecan pies, rice, Frank's tamales
    Fishervet - chips and dip
    RMgeorge (+1) - smoked ribs
    Chucktx - jalapeno squares
    Chucktx partner Bill - potato salad
    Shadow (+3) - shrimp
    Freebird - coconut pies, jambalaya, fryer
    G (+2) - fries and paper towels
    fishfried (+3-4) - cooler of drinks, 4 pies, gallon of fillets
    prefers shiners (+1) - paper plates, aluminum serving trays, spiral sliced ham, Oatmeal/Walnut cookies
    Snake River(+1) - napkins and bags of peanuts.

    Hmmm... think we will pitch in for some slow cooked pulled deer barbeque, do you think i will need to supply buns for these or should we have plenty of buns already?
