    Hey CSS if you would need total independence I could set you up with server space and a WordPress install for you to do as you wish with. Would be free and set up in a few minutes. I'm buying way more space than I can use now.

    Mermentau, appreciate the offer but I'm not real familiar with Wordpress and I figured a simple extension off of our page would suffice for a temporary page. If we need a full-fledged page I guess I can educate myself on it.

    OK folks....if we are going to do this, time is running out to get it together....the cost of renting the town hall is $125 and I have it reserved for CDC on 3/28....I will need you guys to chip in what you can to absorb the cost (PM me what you can do).....I will be collecting the money at the gathering....there is also a refundable deposit of $100 required to insure we clean up the facility....so we need folks to volunteer for the clean up....the facility is very nice.....Didi and I went over there yesterday and checked it out.....it has got air and heat.....big covered patio out back for cleaning and frying fish....plenty tables & chairs.....nice indoor kitchen with fridge, oven & sink.....lots of parking.....

    we need to get this thing going....I would like to get a head count of how many are coming.....chime in if you will be coming...
    The "King" is coming
