An hour and a half.
How long of a trip you think it would be if I came from lafayette
Hey fishinfool there is a lot of water around here for you to learn. Just a heads up so you don't have to drive so far
I'm always down for a challenge is there good depth to most of it to pull jigs
It is only 9ft at its deepest where I fish. In some parts it gets to 12 ft. I fish brush piles. Not everyone catches there. I am going to try spider rigging it in about 2 weeks.

saute86, I want to hear more about your luck with the gopro. I was looking at them today, but just not sure I would stay interested in it.
I love them. It would be a must for a Yak. Its water proof and you can buy a float for them. The Black is $399, Silver is $299, and White is $199. The White has 1080 video, 3 burst per second and 8 mega pixel camera, the Silver is 1080, 10 burst per second and 10 mega pixel. The Black is blue-ray quality and has a remote. I use a hat clip and a suction cup mount. I have gotten some good footage. Its a great learning tool. I watched and learned what I was doing wrong loosing large fish before I could get them in the net.
Not yet the ones I edited take too long to down load. I don't have fast enough service. I will make a few shorts to post.
