At this time of year, I prefer the cool weather to the fish.
Went Wed. to Henderson, right after that cool front passed through. Should have know better. Henderson has been tough for the last couple weeks, but would come home with 8-10 good sac au lait. You know, just enough to keep you interested. Yesterday, not a sac au lait all morning. Just before I left around noon, found some willing bream and at least had a little action. Talked to several guys that morning, best any one admitted to was one crappie. Word was day before the front the fishing was pretty good. Oh well, worst part of the day was I 10 West bound was shut down around Henderson making it hard to get home. Seems like every week now, there is some accident there. Prayers go to those involved….Will try again soon, BEFORE the next front!!! B.C.

I ended up with 8 all over 1 pound. Talked to some guys with a limit of Sacalait and saw the fish. All my fish were caught south. The guys who limited out were up north
