Having fun is what it's all about, no use making it work as some of us have to work the rest of the week. My week is 6 Saturdays and Sunday.

Vet, haven't been there in a while. If you go through Fuche Robert'(cut to the left at the end of the canal to the right at the landing), you can take a right in the canal at the end of Fuche Robert , that will bring you to a long, straight pipeline. at the end of the pipeline there is a cut to the right which brings you to Cocodrie.

If thats the canal I'm thinking of,it got really shallow1 to 200 yards in....could be the wrong canal but there weren't many places to go right of the landing.....if you haven't been in a while...I hear that silting up of some of the canals is a big problem..which it seems to be....I ended up goin to the river and was glad I did...even for the gar and catfish bite...actually any kind of bite is good for me...

I should have known there was a shallow water problem due to the lack of boats in those areas.....duh..
