You go Doc. Thanks for the post.

Friday I'll grill Fajitas - with pico de gallo and flour tortillas. Last year I finally found a place here that has the best skirt steak (you know it's good when the place has posters advertising phone cards to Mexico). I know what I'm doing being from West Texas.

Saturday fish fry I'll leave open until everyone chimes in. In that way, I'm can bring the fryer, oil, fry mix, etc. We'll see, whatever it takes - I'll do it. The wife (Lily Ann) plans on making hushpuppies/cornbread. She has a cast iron dish with crappie molds in it, also another with smiley faces. It will be fun regardless.

The pavillion(s) are rented, if it's cold then we are in the enclosed heated pavillion, otherwise we have have the one by the landing. She will be there for folks with hot coffee, etc for those of you coming with your wifes, etc.

Those unfamilar with the area, I'll have the areas to target during that time of year to share (deep ledges, etc.). We are working on the signs and door prizes.

    Thanks to all.

I will bring some kind of desert for friday night and probably some shrimp to fry for saturday night. May bring a pecan pie for the desert, I didn't see that at the Darbonne gathering. May bring a cobler too, never know!

I booked A-Frame Cabin #16 for Thursday night thru Saturday night.
I am thinking about bringing some egg plant to fry on Saturday night. I have not thought about Friday night yet! What do you think would go good with Fajitas?
I can't leave now; They fixen to turn on.

Glad you're going to make it Deacon. My wife says yum on the egg plant. For Friday, Buster (bflowers) says he's bringing the fixings for hamburgers and french fries. I am covering the fajitas. Bring whatever you like - I'm sure we'll like it too! We've got time to fill in the gaps. I'll start a running list here before long. Thanks again!
