Caddo Sunday25th. A wonderfully perfect day to go fishing. My brother, up from Nawlin' along with my husband & a lifelong friend caught several different species. Targeting on Dem Slabs! Got great pics ~ post soon.

Hey Scott, riverfish is actually fishingmagician's (Markham)'s sister Mattie.

Markham took a shot of us with a double on nice crappie. We were fishing out of Johnson's Ranch. Yellowbass were every drop but crappie were a little scattered with about 15 we caught in the 12-13 inch range. Ended with a nice box of about 60 tasty fish tho.

Howdy yall! Man I cannot tell you how cool it was to drive down that road to Johnson's and go crappie fishing after so long. Was in town just long enough to get in a day out there. Back down to New Orleans for a charter on Friday or this would come with a few posts from Grand Bayou, Claiborne, Port of Bistineau, Lake of the Pines, and Black Bayou (Campti). ;D

Posting a bunch on all my charter trips down there I'll drop in here and put one up sometimes if we have a really cool day. Can check out my posts tho they are at New Orleans fishing charter - Salty Dog in the reports ARRRRRRRRchieve section. Miss catching and posting slabs with you guys. Want to make a gathering soon!

Fish were on the stumps down the right shoreline from Johnson's down in the turn.

Yall need to do a gathering down here after speckled trout! I could help everyone in other boats on fish and take a boatload in mine. gimme a call! 504-481-8216 or an email [email protected]

Always nice to hear from a guy who never failed to catch a bunch of fish no matter where you were fishing. I still refer to your fishing log that you shared with us before you went down South. What a great idea that you are helping to feed the needy with your fish po boys down in New Orleans. The smiles on the fish eaters tell it all. Good luck to you all.
:D Bought too cheap and kept too long!!!!:D
