    Default Salt water gathering--part 1

Here is a picture of Slab Hunter and Deacon crabbing at rollover in rockafeller on friday.

Picture of Slab Hunter waitin on the bite, setting the hook, and the fish. We must have caught 50 of these rat reds, too bad we couldn't keep any of them (all under 16 inches). These were caught at Joesph's harbor in rockafeller.

A couple pictures of a rat red that I caught that had several spots on him instead of just the one.

A couple of the biggest crabs that we caught at rockafeller. The lid measures 29 & 1/2 inches long.

Some of the shrimp that I caught on Sunday at rockafeller

The guys heading their shrimp from Saturday in Big Lake. I have to say, I was jealous of the size of their shrimp. Very impressive. Good job guys.

And Last but not Least, their fish from the weekend! All they are missing to have the cajun grand slam is a flounder. Guys you have to come back down to work on getting the grand slam.

Guys and Gals I really enjoyed having all of you over. This weekend was as much for me as it was for you and you are all welcome to come back any time. You are all a tremendous bunch of folks!

    THANK YOU TO ALL!

Looks like you had a great time. I hate I missed it. I had to go out just now, find my cast nets and throw 'em a few times in the lake. Just to stay in practice. I haven't been down there in so long its a sin. Hope to see you guys soon. Don
