Thread: Goud day on D'Arbonne Bayou

Went to Holland's Bluff after church today and fished the deep holes going toward the S-curves. Caught 16 gou from 1-5 pounds fishing 15-18' deep on jigs. Four times I had one on both rods. I've never caught that many on one trip. Also caught 2 channel cat, and 4 white perch in one little cove in 6 FOW. The bayou is up several feet from a couple of weeks ago and seems to still be rising, although the water has cleared up a bit.

Those Gaspar Goo's will flat out fight, but i won't eat one
