    Default Gps

I have a Magellan color Sport Track that I use. Its waterproof and it floats incase I drop it. Besides marking fishing holes its especially handy at night to find your way around when everything looks the same.

Yep, they discontinued the H20 last fall and I didn't get to Academy before they sold out.. They still had the maps for them but no more units to put them in.lol
I finally made it.. Hunting and fishing whenever I want to now..

I use a Garmin GPS76CSx; it has several features I like. If you troll it measures speed in 1/10ths and is very accurate.

I have the same model as southern chuter, more than i need but can use it in the car, on the bike, or whatever for the most part. Have only used it 1 time, seems fairly simple to use, but got to do some homework on the tracks, waypoints, and other features, but I usually fish the same areas so I got mainly for trolling speed, etc.
    GO BIG ORANGE !

I meant to behave, but there were just way too many other options available at the time.

If I have to spend 200 for one then I will just add a little and upgrade my garmin fishfinder to one with gps,

I use my iPhone4. I've purchased the Navionics Lakes South which has 1ft detail for about 10 lakes in LA. I also purchased the Navigon GPS app to use for road driving. MapQuest also has a free GPS software for driving but the Navigon blows it out of the water. I usually leave my TomTom 730GT in the wife's car but it blows the iPhone stuff (including TomTom app) out of the water.

I have the Garmin Summit Hc. Haven't really used it much except on a local lake full of trees with poorly marked narrow boat lanes. You get in the middle of that sucker and everything looks the same. Hope to play with it a little more this year. Had the eTrex Legend for quite a few years an liked it, but this one is color and had more built in memory. Thinking of getting a Delorme next time....
