    Default Didn't get to fish this weekend.


    We ended up spending most of the weekend at the hospitol,. My daughter woke up with severe stomach pain early saturday morning, we ended up taking her to the ER and ended up having her appendix removed at about 10:30 last night, and was released from the hospitol around 7:30 tonight. She is back home now and feeling much better, just a little stiff and sore from the surgery.. Congrats to all of you that were able to go and catch a few.
    You can't fish with a hung line!

    Man, Johnny, that kind of thing can get really scary really quick! Glad she's no worse for the wear! Just keep her quiet for a few days - no fishing yet!

    Oh, does her recuperating time conicide with her spring break? That would be a shame, missing all that time off from school to recover from surgery! :p

    Glad to hear she's on the mend. It's worrisome when it's your own family that's ill and puts a lot of stress on everyone. Wish her our best and our prayers are with her.

    Johnny glad to hear Julia is doing well. A good thing y'all weren't way back in the boonies or something. Tell her we wish hear well and a speedy recovery.

    Yeah, fishing definitely takes a back seat to appendix surgery in my book too! Hope she's feeling better soon!!

    Johnny, tell your daughter that our prayers are with her for a speedy recovery. Tell her to think of 2 lb crappie in 12 inches of water. That should speed up the recovery time.
