PP1, great pic. Now you got the picture posting down, all you need now is some big ole slabs. Hope you get to go back fishing soon.
Ok guys, I finally figured out how to post pics on here. I haven't been able to fish since August pre-Katrina so all I have is some pics from our last trip to the coast around Empire a few weeks before the big storm. I know the place won't be recognizable next time I go.
I hope to have some freshwater "specs" to post about in the near future. Any volunteers for babysitters????
:D

Hey Sacalait Steve, I see your from New Iberia. My inlaws are from that area and I spend some time there. Any places worth trying for some slabs? I know where Spanish Lake is.
pp1 spanish lake is a hit and miss lake sometimes they catch and for the most part you don't. the fish are quality fish though when you do catch.
If the water level is right I always fish the basin or pits along the levee
where are you from? the next time you are in the area leave a post and I or my brother Deacon could give you some Ideas or join you.

Thanks for the offer Steve. If I make a trip down that way(I'm in central La.), I'll be sure to let you know.
Thats a truckload of fish guys. I bet that was hard work.
Those big reds fight too. If you caught them on those poles in the truck I bet you had your hands full with some of those bigger ones. Drag peelin' action!
Keep um commin,
