    Thumbs up Saline/Larto

    Reports are good on Saline/Larto.
Does anyone have a phone number that I can have to reach someone about a camper spot at Larto? Maybe around Wyley's landing.
    I never camped there.

LaBill, didn't you call them once about cabins?

    Thanks for the help.

    Default Saline-Larto

Slabhunter, I'm not sure about trailer lot rental space @ Wiley's, you can call him to be sure though. I've stayed in one of the mobile homes he has to rent. Not too nice and not many ammenites.(no soap, towels, pots, utensils, etc) Pretty much just a bed and running water. Its a shame things weren't nicer because Danny ahd Sharon Wiley are very nice people. Stayed there 3-4 years ago for 2br trailer and it was approx $60.00/night. Another alernative you may consider is calling Woodson's landing in Deville, La. (You are launching in the Saline lake area here.) I'm pretty sure he has trailer spaces to rent. His name is Leon Woodson and I think the no. is 318-466-5776. Hope this helps.

    Thanks gasdad,
But I am very familiar with all those places that you mentioned.
I've fished every inch of that place since 1987, and put in at every landing on the lake/complex, But I don't know those folks at Larto/Wiley's and was hoping someone here could tell me there number.

I think that Saturday I'll run to Wiley's landing and walk up the bank and ask them then.

Thanks anyways man. I should have explained better in my first post..

Appreciate the info Slab Hunter. Can't go this weekend--too many honey "do's". Hee Hee. Might skip a few "do's" and go Sunday if I get a good report. Good luck if you go!
