Thumbs up I scanned some old photos!

I have been going to scan some old photos for some time now and I finally got around to it. Here are a few with descriptions.

This picture is of my youngest son Garrett, keep in mind that he is 21yrs old now. My Dad got me a permit to fish a 25 ac fish pond that supposedly had giant Crappie (my Dad caught some so I had seen the results). I took Garrett with the john boat and we only caught one fish that day, I bet you can guess who caught it! I tease him to this day that I caught that fish but he knows better.

This next photo is a pic of the most expensive fishing trip I have ever been on in my life! It was worth the $ though. I did not even fish I just played deckhand to the family! It was a charter out of Orange Beach Ala. Early 90's. Notice my daughter's hat, she is the only traitor in the family! I tell her all the time no matter what, you bleed crimson!

This photo is from one of my most succesful trips of all time. Years ago my favorite place was Grand Bayou. Garrett and myself (Apr 02) went after the Shellcrackers this day and boy did we wear them out! We started at daylight and were out of there by 10am. We kept 50ea and left em biting. All these fish were give and take 1lb. We have since had good days but this was the mother load! We caught them all on my Alabama home grown wigglers!

This pic is to prove "I get it honestly". My Dad has been taking me since I was a tike!

Thats all folks! I've got lots more but these were special to me and I thought I'd share.
I am going to put a few hunting pics in the Hunting Section also.

PS My next post I plan on having some fresh fish for show and tell, it's getting about that time!!!!!!!!

Nice pics. I especially liked the one with the LSU cap in it. Go LSU. LOL. Around my house we bleed purple and gold. Just teasing. Man, I'd love to get into some shellcrackers like that. Those things pull like the dickens.

Looks like your daughter has good taste in her athletic programs. LOL!! Great pics man, that slab your son is holding is a nice fish. Those pictures should be blown up and framed... and hung on the walls. Great memories for sure. Thanks for sharing.
