    Default Goliath Update.

    Managed to get a video of biggest Goliath uploaded to youtube in good quality. Thought I was share with you guys... Its a much bigger fish then the first one I caught.

    Only problem is I could not bread him in corn meal and whole fry...

    Also here is a pic of my first day back fishing in Louisiana. Out of Hopedale had to take ice out the chest to fit the last red. :D

    Dang that was fun. Thanks for taking us along. Your excitement was almost as good as the fish.
    Watched this one and the first one without any sound, not checking the actual speaker knob; just the computer volume setting. I thought you had no sound!

    The next time I watched was the bomb! I had found the speaker knob and got the sound to go with it!

    wow what a fish!!!! when you jumped in you could really tell then how big she was !!!CONGRATS MAN CONGRATS. Was that in florida ??if so where in florida was that??

    thanks so much for posting that video i felt like i was there. heading out next week to go diving around destin and i here you can get pretty close. i can't imagine the energy it takes to catch that thing, but your excitement sure rubbed off me. congrads on that nice mess of edible size fish too. hope pawpaw and i can fill the boat on sunday.

    I got my mits on some of these great slabs. Prepared them pan seared in butter and olive oil, mesquite grill seasoning, cyanne pepper, garlic, sea salt, dredged them in a egg white bath, mixin' ritz crumbs to become the batter. Turned once in the pan served layed on a bed of crushed ritz crackers. Yummmm City! (This was the spec trout by the way)
