Our planned Mother's Day bluegill trip with the Grandkids after we went to church with Mom then out to eat came to a screeching halt when Mrs came down with a serious case of gout yesterday. She is one tough woman to have put up with me all these years but gout stops her dead in her tracks. Going to see my Mom later.

Happy Mother's Day to all the ladies. Doug hope she gets to feeling better. Had a wonderful day at church. Our daughter and son in law came down from Nashville and we had a fine meal and visit. I am married to the best lady n the world and cannot ask for a better one. She has truly made my life better than I deserve. Plus she loves going to the lark with me.

Happy Mothers Day! My wife wanted to go fishing and just be on the water for Mother's Day with the kids. I told her that sounded like a great idea. �� We found some kid friendly bluegill beds and had a great time today. I was hoping momma would get more fishing in...but she was busy helping me bait hooks and taking fish off. I don't think she minded. Doug I hope your wife gets to feeling better.
