Thread: Big Sandy

Anyone on here fish Big Sandy area besides me? I have been catching lots of 9" crappie and a few barely keepers. Any one else doing the same? Any idea what is going on with Big Sandy keepers? Is it just overfished? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I can say that the next couple of years should be good if al those 9" fish grow up and don't swim out of Big Sandy. LOL

Fished last Fri. & Sat. with curly tail jigs on a spider rig setup on Big Sandy. Had 33 keepers for the two days....lost count of how many dinks I threw back. As you say.....next year should be great.
