I think I will be there with 2 others, my Father and my Son. Let me know what is needed and I will bring it.
Here's the basic itinerary: Join us whenever you can.
Fri evening is the Chili Social ... cabin 12 (across the road from the new Suites bldg)
Saturday - from sunrise til 1PM local time we'll be out fishing ... then it's usually a couple of hours before all the fish are cleaned & starting to be cooked. Then we eat, give out the door prizes & have the seminars (or possibly one seminar can be conducted during the fish cleaning times & the other after the meal & prizes)
Sunday - There are no events planned. Many will have left already, or leave before the 10AM checkout time, while some will pack up but still go out and fish for awhile.

It is what it is!
I'm moving battery trays around in the boat to squeeze another Group 31 battery in for this weekend. If I can get out of work on Friday I'll be leaving with Doug and Rickie so I can get some fishing in before the chili supper starts. Father in law from Knifley may join at some point in the weekend.
Maybe a pot of baked beans or bowl of potato salad or a couple bags of potato chips ?? Whatever you want to bring is fine.

Just a FYI :
The event organizers and Crappie.com are not responsible for any accident, injury, or loss to any event participant. Wear your PFD/kill switch, be aware of your surroundings and the weather ... and be SAFE, even if it means your fishing time is impacted, shortened, or stopped.
Remember ... Green River Lake is divided by time zones, and our 1PM deadline is Central Daylight Time. So, if you're "smartphone" (or depthfinder) clock will (or won't) adjust the time when you pass over the time zone line ... remember that the time zone line passes across the lake at the point where Taylor Co & Adair Co lines cross the lake .... which is around the point just before you get to Butler Creek (and it's not a straight line). From there to the dam & beyond is Taylor Co and they are on Eastern Daylight Time (1hr ahead of the time at Holmes Bend).
The forecast keeps changing on us. 80% chance of rain all three days yesterday, tonight shows its 50% Friday evening, 20% Saturday and 80% Sunday afternoon. Hopefully it continues to clear up as Friday approaches so we can all have a safe and dry weekend of fishing.

AccuWeather is showing 25% Friday, 23% Saturday
Anyone bringing frozen hushpuppies or french fries ... keep them frozen if possible, or if thawed out, please drain water from the bag before giving them to Chucky to cook. We don't want another peanut oil "eruption" like we've had before
