    Default navionics card

I just purchase a navionics plus card for the east and I'm not sure if I should leave the card in my depth finder 24-7 or should I remove it each fishing trip. Wondering what everyone else is doing. I will more than likely loose the thing if I need to remove each trip.

I never remove any of mine unless it is for an upgrade.

like mrdux never take it out unless for an up grade. Afraid I'll put it in one of those "SAFE PLACES"

Verify the lock switch on the left side of the card is in the Up position where there is no possibility that anything can be written to the card to corrupt it ....
