Default My favorite time of the year

When Barren gets to winter pool, and there's 8' of water on the channel edges, its Spider Riggin Time. It don't get no better.

me too... I catch bigger fish in the fall and more of them. Always wonder why. I think it suits my style of fishing, I like to cast jigs deep.

Those look like some fine Pennsylvania crappie an white bass there chaunc. Was talking with Doug yesterday and he told me about the perch trip outta Conneaut with a group. I'd be very interested if y'all plan another perch trip. I lived in NE Ohio and my dad an I would fish out of Lorain. We'd put in at the Hot Waters ramp and chase those jumbos. Those eat good too.
