I went today with my Brother, up from Florida and it wasn't pretty. His nickname is "cold front", we were humbled.
It was my worst excursion to Green and needless to say we won't be watching the game tape of this one!
As far as turnover, Im not sure, I don't think so as the water temp was in the 70s still.
Found plenty of schools of shad in and near structure, they were up flipping at us, but biters were seldom seen.
    Wind was tough, crisp.
Tried everything I had, sorry I'm no help!

I saw that report ... but, I think I remember them saying something about it turning over in the "mid lake" area (downriver from Holmes Bend, towards the dam)

I'm like "Prtly Cloudy" .... I don't think it's a major turnover. But, unfortunately, the COE oxygen/temp chart is two weeks old and still shows water temps being pretty consistent from surface to 20+ft down. That could have changed over these last two weeks, what with the cooler night temps, but the lack of any substantial cold rains this month may have tempered the turnover

Many of the "locals", that are members here & fish Green often, are down at KY Lake pre-fishing for the CUSA Classic ... so they aren't available for comment.
