Won't let crappie flash post. What does he have to do or does the moderator need to do sometning?

Is "crappie flash" a new member ?? (if so) Has he received his confirmation email that he's a site member, yet ??

I see no such ID name in the member listing, and I don't see any "welcome" recognition in the For Newbies forum. That makes me think he has not yet been "checked out" by "G" and added to the membership roster.

I'll assume you know him/her ... and was told by word of mouth that they could not post. If they can't post, but can use the PM system, there may be other problems at play here. And if they "can" use the PM system .... have them send a PM to "G" and ask him to check things out. "G" may be able to fix the problem, or explain the problem so that "Crappie Flash" can get things fixed & be able to post.

Normally I'd suggest getting in contact with Slab, in these situations, but he's attending several Crappie Camps and may be otherwise occupied. "G" screens all incoming membership requests, and checks their IP address, to insure the membership request is not from a former member that's been banned from the site, or a Troll, or a advertisement spambot.

I was at Crappie camp with Slab...But Slab and I carry the internet with us... crappie flash got a PM to me ...and anyway....problem is fixed and he is good to go now.
