The sunrise at Taylorsville .
My wife and I went out early and were on the lake by 645 AM or so. We fished till 11 AM. We caught 7 and the biggest four were 11 inches.
We both had a few small one we threw back. I lost two big ones right at the boat. She lost one that also bailed out. The wind came up and so we eventualy headed in. Still we had a lot of fun. We were using
jigs with crappie nibbles.

Was at Tville yesterday dawn to 11:30 ended with 10, 9 big females full of eggs and 1 male. Caught suspended in 20ft of water on ponyhead jigg with bigblades and 3" curlytails. Was also there Prior Saturday caught 26 all females except 8 males same pattern, fished shallow around a cove then moved out to the mouth and found them. Surface temp Sat was 69, Monday morning was 64.5. The big girls should move in shallow to spawn. Others were fishing shallow, but not much luck. Some of the nicest Big crappie I've seen in years. Will definetly fish Tville this fall when the boat traffic relaxes a bit. May go Friday if my partners knee will allow.
Good report .I killed them this past fall on t-Ville caught my biggest taylorsville crappie in October it weighed 2.27.
