UPDATE: I guess Progressive just needs a fire lit under their butts to get things headed in the right direction. They did the right thing and picked the claim up and got Farm Bureau out of the case. Two weeks is way too long but is better than not at all.

I love Ky Farm Bureau, when a guy pulled out in front of me and totaled my car Ky Farm Bureau was right there with me through the whole ordeal. The other driver had state farm, and when i talked to them, they said they had to "determine" who was at fault. There driver was turning out of a restaurant parking lot, across 4 lanes of traffic. "Seriously?" but Ky being a "no fault" state doesnt help the situation. Glad everything is getting worked out, and make sure you express the hassle of not having a rental for the 2 weeks, and the time and trouble you spent calling your insurance.
