    Should have said tough on ky lake with the high water. Fished. 10 to 12 ft deed this morning and caught 7 good fish but it was slow.

    Crappie eluded us yesterday and today. But the shellcrackers and bluegill kept us interested. Catfish are everywhere with the high water.

    Me and Kywareagle done better today on Barkley. Spider rigged in bout 14 ft of water near gravel banks using jigs tipped with minners. Ended up with 12 real nice keepers and 9 eater size blue cats. The bite was best between 1 and 4 pm. Had a 5 min sprinkle round 4 o clock and the bite shut down for the rest of the afternoon for us.
