I drove by a couple of days ago and it just looked to high and the wind was blowing to hard for me. I had thought about trying Beaver, but the musky guys had claimed all the parking. Looks like I should have gave it a shot.

That must have been Tuesday the wind was really bad had to quit about noon. Wednesday was a good day with very little wind. They were really heating up but 3 1/2" of rain the last 2 days will change that. it will be 2or3 weeks now before it gets good again.

Not actually spider rigging the stumps and tree tops are pretty thick where I fish and if you try using more than a couple of rods you spend most of the day tying on hooks. The main lake is better for spider rigging. If you haven't seen the weather here we are approaching 6"of rain over the last 2 days the lake was already 12' over pool.

GatorBait you might wont to wait a couple of weeks before coming to Cave Run it has raised 5' from yesterday and will probably raise another 5 or 6 today. There will only be 2 docks you can use for the next 2 or 3 weeks Scotts creek and Alfrey. The lake is at 745' this morning it needs to be about 739' to use any of the other docks.
