I hear of a few crappie being caught in the bushes if you can keep the catfish off the hook. Not much go'n on BG or RE yet.
We got here Sunday eve and fished for an hour or so, pulled in a couple.. Fished yesterday, alllll day, did ok jiggin waxies on a chartruse jig.. Didn't sound like anyone (besides the locals, lol) was having much luck as the water is rising.. alot of dinks.. and only a handful of gills..no redear, too early? Water temps too low? Hopefully this warm up yesterday, today and tomorrow will help before this coldfront Friday.. anyone doin any good?
