    Default Few nice ones

Friend and I hit the lake again this past weekend and had some very nice fish. We didnt have the limits like last weekend but the quality was really good and we brought home 30 crappie and some nice white bass. We caught most all the nice crappie early single poling and trolled for white bass after the sun got high. Many of the crappie we had were 13+ inch very fat black crappie and one white that was 14in and very thick. The smaller crappie were ones we caught trolling the cranks later on. btw that lil one was gonna die and since cave run has no size limit i couldnt see wasting it, he ate a crankbait half his size and got deep hooked. Friend caught this toothy critty too on crankbait. Very fun day. Same pattern basically as my cave run report from last week. Good Luck.

BTW, sorry this post is kinda picture heavy

    Nice catch!
If people concentrated on the really important things in life, there'd be a shortage of fishing poles.
